The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload involving personal injury matters, from client intake to trial, demonstrating expertise in litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy.Job Duties:Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.Perform legal research, analyze issues, and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Lead mediations and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Develop and implement effective case strategies for litigation.Represent clients at trials and hearings.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.Proven experience in drafting and responding to motions.Thorough knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Texas State Bar.Skills:Strong litigation skills with the ability to handle cases independently.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Negotiation and mediation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Contingency fee referral opportunities.Ongoing training and mentoring from an experienced team nationwide.Office and legal staff support to facilitate your practice.
