Our comprehensive services encompass medical, dental, behavioral health, and more, all located on a historic campus.Practice Details: Holistic care based on the Dene’ Philosophy, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and social health. Comprehensive services including medical, dental, behavioral health, and more. Located on a historic campus, fostering collaborative care. Job Highlights: Join a team providing integrated healthcare services. Work in a supportive environment focused on community well-being. Recognized facility with an Indian Health Service Joint Venture Award and LEED Silver Certification. Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm or four 10-hour shifts. Rotational Saturday coverage (1 in 6), no call required. Support Staff: Collaborate with a diverse team including CMAs, RN Case Managers, Clinical Pharmacists, and more. Access to Cerner and Epic EMR systems for streamlined care. Volume: Manage 12-14 patients per day.. Provide outpatient-only care, with in-house lab services. Financials & Benefits: Guaranteed salary between $250,000 and $300,000 annually. $50,000 signing bonus and $50,000 retention bonus.
