Job Title: Pediatric Home Care NurseJob Summary:Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality care to medically fragile children in the comfort of their own homes. As a Pediatric Home Care Nurse, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's physician and other healthcare team members. Conduct thorough assessments of the patient's physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care and services. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care. Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements: Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting. Home health experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds and move equipment as needed.What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate.
