The Role: JCDecaux is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Payroll & Benefits, this role involves compiling and inputting payroll data for both hourly and salaried employees. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who excels at prioritizing tasks. With a daily focus on numbers, strong analytical and reporting skills are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time position based in our New York office and will operate in a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: Process (weekly & semimonthly) payroll and benefit invoices, while working with Finance Department to ensure accurate coding of payments. Conduct regular audits on payroll and benefit procedures and records. Responsible for maintaining all employee data in the HR system including new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and processing timesheets. Download and process employee expenses. Assist employees with payroll-related issues (direct deposit, PTO policy, password resets, payroll deadlines, tax withholding forms, report requests, etc.) Maintain compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws. Calculate pay adjustments due to status changes. Process garnishments from state/federal agencies. Assist with year-end processes (W-2 distribution, payroll adjustments, open enrollment period, etc.) Use ADP Custom Reporting to run monthly reports and create ad hoc reports for management and auditing purposes. Provide administrative and clerical support for department, prepares correspondence and documents, photocopies, faxes, files and processes mail. Qualifications & Requirements : At least one year of payroll experience Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel Previous experience with HRIS systems (preferably ADP Workforce Now) Mathematical proficiency, analysis skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written Proven attention to detail with high interpersonal and time management skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Able to handle multiple priorities Benefits: At JCDecaux, we value our employees as whole individuals and offer various benefits to support them.
