Payroll Accountant with Paycom Location: Downtown Atlanta Salary: Up to $80,000 base salary, plus a 20% bonus Responsibilities: Process payroll for 150 employees using Paycom. Handle bookkeeping tasks with a focus on the general ledger. Maintain and reconcile accounts using Sage Intacct. Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy in financial records. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Administer employee benefits programs. Requirements: Experience with payroll management, specifically using Paycom. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting. Proficiency in Sage Intacct. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. No degree required. Benefits: Competitive base salary up to $80,000. 20% performance-based bonus. Generous vacation package including 21 days PTO, the week between Christmas and New Year's off, and 9 standard holidays.
