The position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with excellent training and mentorship, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.Location:New York, NYDuties:Handle life sciences and pharmaceutical patent litigation cases.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for patent-related matters.Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex litigation strategies.Participate in trial preparations and support during court proceedings.Manage case files and client communication.Review and analyze scientific data related to patent disputes.Requirements:2-6 years of experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical patent litigation.Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, immunology, pharmacology, biochemistry, or chemistry.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a relevant life sciences field.Certifications:Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.Skills:Strong legal research and writing abilities.Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and legal teams.Analytical thinking to review scientific and technical information related to patents.Attention to detail and ability to manage complex litigation processes.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
