From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care. * Promote through a variety of methods the Access to Work - Mental Health Support Service including the delivery of webinars, workshops, networking and building employer and commissioner pathways. * Manage, and develop strong relationships with employer organisations/ wider organisations in order to generate referrals to MHSS and wider commercial service sales in support of mental health in the workplace. * Develop and manage relationships with employers and wider referral organisations to deliver increased direct referral volumes into MHSS; * Support social media campaigns, networking and employer relationship development * Develop leads to ensure organisations promote MHSS services and develop embedded/ surgery models where possible * Work with the commercial sales team to fully understand products and services and to integrate opportunities for wider sales * Have overall accountability for embedded/ surgery models development and progression. * Provide commercial testimonials of successful integration of MHSS services within organisations for ongoing promotion Deliver an ongoing programme of webinars and workshops to multiple audiences and in house within organisations that promote the services of MHSS and wider Mental health support services available Work effectively with the national operations manager and delivery team to effectively transition referral pathways into operational delivery including supporting the forecasting and awareness of anticipated delivery volumes and locations Work with employer partners to ensure they are aware of the full portfolio of commercial products, and services on offer, to drive increased commercial sales and wrap around solutions to mental health in the workplace Ability to support onboarding with customers as and when needed Ensure accurate reporting of all activity and output by: • Capturing all actual and planned activity using the CRM system. • Collating meaningful evaluation of activity in relation to direct referrals generated and feedback ESSENTIAL * Knowledge of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace awareness, prevention and support * Ability to network and develop leads * Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding sales and commercial targets * Extensive experience of customer relationship development. * Customer focused with a strong commitment to customer care. * Significant experience of delivering successful plans to agreed timescales * Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles * Demonstrable influencing skills that promote commitment and action. * Ability to manage conflicting objectives and demonstrate strong negotiation skills to resolve any issues. * Strong completer/finisher with the ability to plan and organise people, workloads and business plan to meet challenging targets and deadlines. * Strong problem solving skills * Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to both work and colleagues. * Ability to travel independently nationally * Ability to deliver training to a wide audience DESIRABLE * In depth knowledge of the disability agenda EEO Statement Maximus is committed to developing, maintaining and supporting a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
