Part Time Project Worker Rose House, Hartlepool GBP 11.52 29 hours per week. Variety of early shifts (8am : 3pm or 3pm : 10pm) but we can be flexible We are excited to be introducing a new supported living service to Sanctuary. Rose House in Hartlepool, provides person centred support to young people aged 16:25 as they transition from the care system to moving onto live independently. The aim of our service is to support our customers to develop the skills and confidence to live independently by offering support with tenancy and money management, encouraging employment/education and promoting daily living skills. We're seeking an experienced Project Worker to make a real difference to the lives of our customers. Our team of Project Workers work with our customers to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently by offering support with tenancy and money management, encouraging employment/education and promoting daily living skills. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. We have our own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all. The role of Project Worker will include: : Regularly backssing the needs of customers by writing and updating support plans, and signposting access to education, training, and employment: Supporting customers in their day to day living i. e. with cooking and cleaning: Offering advice in relation to fulfilling tenancy conditions: Assisting customers with managing finances and welfare benefits : Encouraging social inclusion and helping customers to build their confidence, resilience, and self: esteem: Working with statutory and non: statutory agencies on behalf of the customers.
