Part Time Project Worker Normanhurst, Shoreham: on: Sea GBP 12.09 22.5 hours per week : Three shifts per week to cover Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and weekends, 10am to 6pm Do you want a role where no two days are the same where you will be making a difference to the lives of young people? We have a great opportunity for a Project Worker to join our friendly team. If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable, experienced Project Worker to join our team at Normanhurst. Our supported living service provides support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who require support to increase their confidence and develop their skills. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all. The role of Project Worker will include: : Regularly backssing the needs of customers by writing and updating support plans, and signposting access to education, training and employment : Supporting customers in their day to day living i. e with cooking and cleaning: Offering advice in relation to fulfilling tenancy conditions: Assisting customers with managing finances and welfare benefits : Encouraging social inclusion and helping customers to build their confidence, resilience and self: esteem: Working with statutory and non: statutory agencies on behalf of the customers and actively.
