Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by APTA Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and provide treatment plans based on MD's orders Ensure all required documentation is completed Pay Range: $40.00 - $51.00 /Hr
