We are looking for merchandisers to service the American Greetings Department in retail locations.*The starting pay is $11.30 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location). *After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $11.90. *After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $12.50. *We offer flexible work scheduling.*We provide paid training. This route will service the following retail locations: Food Lion, 364 Hwy 70 W, Marion, NC, 28752; Dollar General, 9180 Sugar Hill Rd; Dollar General, 8881 Us 221 N; Dollar General, 746 E Court St; Dollar General, 4339 Us 221 S; Dollar General, 1610 N Main St; Dollar General, 2149 Us 70 W; Dollar General, 9089 North Carolina Hwy 226 S, Nebo, NC; Dollar General, 792 Bat Cave Rd, Old Fort, NC; Dollar General, 501 Main St, Old Fort, NC; Dollar General, 4470 Us 70 E, Nebo, NC and Dollar General, 195 Nebo School Rd, Nebo, NC.The weekly average hours are 5 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 10 hours per week around holidays. Primary Responsibilities: *Merchandise and maintain all product displays within the greeting card department as well as other areas of the store as needed.*Work in a fast paced retail environment utilizing your effective time management skills.*Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.*Use a company provided tablet to perform basic job functions, such as reviewing weekly service and tasks, inventory functions, time entry, etc. *Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.Experience Required: No Experience Necessary!
