Job Title: SEMH Teacher Location: Westbourne School, Sutton-in-Ashfield Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum dependent on experience - Pro Rata Hours: Monday to Friday, TBC Contract: Permanent, Part Time, Term Time only Are you a Citizenship Teacher committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people? Due to growth of service, we are looking for a Citizenship Teacher to join our fantastic team at Westbourne School, Sutton-in-Ashfield. As a Citizenship Teacher you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil’s achievement and ability to develop. This is a great opportunity for a Citizenship Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible. When it comes to looking after our pupils, we never settle for second best.
