You'll be able to communicate about and answer questions pertaining to wills, trusts, and legal documents - guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning. Responsibilities: --- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents. --- Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy. Personalize each interaction and provide excellent service every time. --- Explain complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms. Ensure clients have understanding and confidence. --- Support the Estate Planning Team with client cases. Qualifications: --- Paralegal certification required. --- Bachelor's degree preferred. --- 3+ years of paralegal experience. --- Excellent attention to detail. --- Ability to communicate and provide customer service to clients.
