Media Real Estate, A Media, PA-based Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Painter to join our team! The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with prior experience in residential and commercial painting. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical and dental insurance Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan with employer match Supplemental benefits, including accident and disability insurance Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Completing various residential and commercial painting projects Applying paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns Performing surface preparation tasks such as sanding, caulking, and sealing Maintaining and properly using tools, equipment, and materials Representing the company professionally in both appearance and attitude, fostering positive relationships with tenants, residents, coworkers, and staff Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2+ years of professional painting experience Experience in both residential and commercial painting (preferred) Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, as well as your own painting tools The ability to pass a background check and drug screening Media Real Estate (MRE) is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or any other protected class.
