Objective Our P&C team is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team to support business development for our Commercial Lines department. As our front-line producers writing new business, you are fully supported by our Account Managers, Producer Assistants, and Customer Service Assistants. Since 80% of our clients are through referrals, only minimal cold calling is required for this role. Responsibilities: Presenting our services and solutions to prospective clients. Bringing new business prospects to closure. Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services. Negotiate with carriers and evaluate carrier quotes to secure the nest quotes possible for clients. Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines. Maintain proper documentation for existing and prospective clients. Attend training sessions, courses to maintain up-to-date skills. Qualifications: Active license in Property & Casualty Insurance Bilingual in Chinese and English Minimum 6 ~ 10 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience Experience in selling to a specific industry and surplus line insurance policies is a plus. Good listening skills and the ability to determine clients' needs efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.
