Sound Telecom is searching for a Customer Service Superstar to join our vibrant nightshift crew . In this role, you'll be the friendly voice behind the scenes, handling calls for a variety of businesses. Think medical offices, apartment complexes, and professional services - you'll be the communication lifeline! Here's the scoop on this awesome gig: Be a Hero: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring messages are clear and accurate. Variety is the Spice of Life: Handle calls for diverse clients, keeping things interesting. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with a supportive and dedicated crew to exceed client expectations. Show Me the Money! Earn $21 per hour with perfect attendance ( $18 per hour otherwise). The nitty-gritty: Schedule: Partial overnight - 7pm-4am, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Training: Daytime hours (M-F, 8am-4:30pm) for 3 weeks before transitioning to the nightshift.
