Location: Chicago, IL Salary: From 50,000USD annual (The position's salary is a draw + commission, 4,000USD a month draw) Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Cell phone reimbursement Dental Insurance Health Insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid training Travel reimbursement Responsibilities: Manage and grow the customer base in a large area. Create and implement plans to increase business profits. Meet revenue targets and KPIs set by the Sales Director. Help customers choose products and promote key brands. Follow up on quotes regularly. Achieve a quote-to-close ratio of 20% or higher. Address and resolve sales issues promptly. Attend construction site meetings as needed to help solve problems. Gather and share market and competitor information in the company database. Provide accurate sales forecasts. Generate timely field reports. Participate in industry events and promotions. Qualifications: Outside Sales Experience is a MUST Carpentry skills preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred, not required License / Certification Drivers License (Required) Willingness to travel 50% (Required)
