Our client, Vesta Foundation Solutions, a leader in foundation and concrete repair in the the Oklahoma City area, is looking for an Outside Sales Representative. They are seeking a dynamic sales professional who will be driven by helping homeowners with a permanent solution for their concrete and foundation repair needs. What Vesta Foundation Solutions Will Provide You: Paid ON-THE-JOB sales training. Uncapped earning potential. This is a 100% commission-based role and real potential is between $85,000 - $200,000. Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, and Retirement Plan Employer Paid Life Insurance Growth Potential plus training and advancement opportunities Pre-Scheduled Appointments and a Monday-Friday schedule Vesta Foundation Solutions has been awarded one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Companies. What You will do as an Outside Sales Manager: Drive to customers’ homes to meet for pre-scheduled appointments (NO COLD-CALLING or DOOR KNOCKING). Build rapport with the customer and determine their desired outcomes. Carefully examine the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues and provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues. Completes the sale with the customer. Timely completion of all paperwork/data entry and follow-up communication required for the appointment. Follow through with customers until all issues are resolved. Provide customers with a remarkable experience. Meet or exceed his/her projected monthly Average Dollar Per Lead. Attends weekly sales meetings and other required meetings. Be an ambassador for the company’s culture and purpose. Regular, reliable on-site attendance. What We are Looking for in the Ideal Candidate: Minimum of two years of sales/customer service experience, or combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. A passion for providing top-notch customer service to our customers. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet our driving requirements.
