Responsibilities: • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business• Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity• Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base• Maintain and grow existing partnerships to expand our sales results• Utilize various marketing platforms to bring exposure to Builders in the area• Building relationships with sales counselors in the north side of Houston (Hwy 249 and up), through constant visits, lunches, happy hours, and dinners• Connect builders with our marketing team to execute marketing concepts Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills• Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills• Driven to succeed in sales and in life• Presentable• Sales experience a plus• Outgoing• Self-motivated• Responsible• Interpersonal skills Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: Nicole Freer Group is a top-producing real estate team in the Houston Metro.
