Responsibilities: • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met• Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers• Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base• Team and DB lead generation• Lead follow up• Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Passionate about selling• Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Real estate license required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000+ at plan About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
