Minden Medical Center is looking for a well-organized, detail oriented ORT ( Scrub Tech) to work full-time during the day shiftwith the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have the ability to interact in a positive and compassionate manner with patients, co-workers, physician's and supervisors. Requirements: Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program OR Current LPN Licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing required If an ORT graduate, one year experience is preferred If an LPN, one year of experience as a surgical tech is required BLS through the American Heart Association required for LPN BLS through the American Heart Association recommended for Surgical Technologist All surgery technologist positions will take call (unless otherwise stated) and must be able to be at hospital within 30 minutes of being called in.
