Read more about our opportunity below...Work you'll doAs an Oracle HCM Functional Support Specialist on our Human Capital team, you will: Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc. Support and independently complete project tasks as it relates to Oracle HCM Cloud implementationsThe teamThe HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience 2+ years of experience with delivering Oracle HCM solutions Experience with the functional implementation of one or more of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs, which may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent work experienceRecruiting for this role ends on October 31st, 2024.Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: Oracle HCM Functional Implementation Support Specialist
