As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing clinical support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesInterview patients and document basic medical historyPerform pre-examination testing on patients being seen by the doctorAssist during medical examinationsProduce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsPrepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instrumentsSkillsProven working experience as a medical assistantKnowledge of medical office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workSocial perceptiveness and service orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficiency in MS Office and patient managementWho are you?1.
