The Company is known for producing the highest quality snacks in assorted flavors and sizes, including kettle cooked potato chips, traditional potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese curls and other extruded snacks, and corn chips, as well as cookies, crackers, and wafers.--Operations/Production Supervisor (Multiple Openings)Location: Fort Worth Plant in Fort Worth, TexasWork Schedule: Days and Overnight Shift--12 Hour Shift, 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule-- ----We believe in a healthy work/life balance, our 2-2-3 schedule allows our supervisors to have a 3-day weekend, every other week and eliminates the need to come in on your days off.Your seat at the tableThe Operations Supervisor position is responsible for leading employees in a manufacturing environment, including accountability for the achievement of all safety, quality, customer service, productivity, throughput, cost and continuous improvement objectives through both individual and team contributions.-- Operations Supervisor is accountable for providing clear direction, leadership, and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, coaching, and on-the-job assignments.
