Overview: E-PAGA is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) on an existing DoD contract. This position combines technical expertise using a wide variety of traditional and emerging analytic tools and techniques to underpin and enable leadership decisions in a constantly changing global environment. Security Clearance: Secret Location: Crystal City, VA, with remote work possible after onboarding Travel: Some travel required ( Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Three years ORSA expertise supporting Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) within the Department of Defense Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Expert level Microsoft Excel and Access Understanding of military training and operations Ability to develop and present analytical products and presentations for senior military officials Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) Secret Clearance Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Previous experience with Army training management and resourcing Previous experience managing an Army Program Evaluation Group Previous assignment as a military or civilian ORSA action officer on the Army staff Graduate of Command and General Staff College or equivalent Master’s degree in mathematics, economics, operations research, data science, or statistics Top Secret Clearance To apply, please submit your resume and salary requirements.
