Serves as an active contributor to Mosaic cross-site and/or cross-functional assignments and initiatives.Where will you work: Where will you work: On-site - New Wales Manufacturing Facility (3095 Highway 640 Mulberry, FL 33860)TermJanuary 13 - April 25, 2025Full time Co-Op/Internship. Typically, 36-40 hours a week. What will you do? * Provide plant process engineering support to operations group including plant optimization, troubleshooting, efficiency improvement, problem solving, and problem prevention. Responsible for leveraging ideas and assistance including resources across plant sites. * Support current businessinitiatives.Typicalinitiatives include specific problem-solving projects or improvement activities involving multiple sites.What do you need for this role? * High School Degree required. * Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, orrelatedfield preferred. * 2.75 GPA or higher * Ability to function in an industrial chemical and mining environment. * Student in standing at the time of the co-op/internship. * 1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is required. * Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred. * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office. * Basic computer skills are required. * Experience working in a team environment is a must. * Familiarity with an industrial environment is highly desirable. * Effective verbal communication skills are a plus. * Physical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environments. * Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete thefollowing:Post-offer/pre-placementdrug and alcohol screening, background check, physical, functional capacity examination.The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
