Operations Director – Quality Hospitality Brand Location: Relocation the incoming candidate will need to be based in the Northwest or the Midlands Salary: £90,000 - £130,000 base salary great opportunity for bonus and long-term incentives as well as increased based with success We are currently working with a quality restaurant and leisure business who are eager to appoint a passionate Operations Director for their growing brand. The concept has received significant funding and the board and founding team has a brilliant plan for growth. The Operations director will work towards a Managing Director position and will play a major role in the long-term growth of the brand. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the board to innovate, drive strategy and work towards long-term growth plans Work collaboratively with the board to ensure financial standability and ensure investor buy-in and support Take the lead for operational excellence, openings, people strategy and customer service Ensure resources and processes in place to create a positive work environment and attract strong talent Train, mentor and develop the team Work with and steer the sales and marketing teams and external parties in efforts to build a consistent, unique and credible brand, continually looking to beat the market and deliver on customer needs Day-to-day leadership and responsibility for the business, acting as a voice for the brand Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have proven, long-term experience at OD level managing a small to mid-size brand across quality restaurants, bars, leisure or activity-lead concepts. The incoming OD will need to have an excellent reputation in the industry, good experience leading growth and driving change, strong openings experience, good investor relations exposure and a clear strategic mindset.5 years’ experience at Head of / OD level10 years of industry experience multi-site restaurants, bars, activity business, fitness, leisure,.
