About the Position: As an Operations Administrative Coordinator , in the Lakeland, Florida, location, this position provides administrative support for business and process functions to create and maintain efficiency, organization, and superior customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Florida Technical Service Center Coordinate and assist with scheduling, hosting, facilitating, organizing, and preparing agendas for meetings Ensure projects stay on track for completion Create and present PowerPoint presentations Assist with cost effective travel (airfare, hotel, and car rental) Set up and maintain customer contract, job, and maintenance files Schedule service, prepare service orders, and perform the billings and collections Provide administrative support for marketing and sales activity Provide additional administrative support, as requested Qualifications: Highly detailed-oriented; ability to prioritize well; strong follow through with tasks and projects Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint High energy and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Solid customer-service orientation; serves internal and external customers with excellence Excels in a fast-paced environment; remains flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient under pressure High school diploma or GED Flexible/Adaptable Confident in making decisions Perks: Competitive base salary Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (with company contributions), and more $1 for $1 401K match, up to 4% of annual salary 9 Company-paid holidays Generous paid time off that increases with tenure Education assistance Employee referral bonus program Ongoing training and development Working Conditions: Usual office working conditions; hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday; additional hours may be required depending on projects and meeting schedules.
