Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead our team in the ENT/Plastic Surgery department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the ENT/Plastic Surgery OR Manage day-to-day staffing and resources to ensure optimal patient care Develop and implement unit-based standards and policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programsRequirements Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required Perioperative experience required with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience Leadership experience strongly preferred CNOR preferredAbout Mass General BrighamMass General Brigham is a leading healthcare system in the region, committed to delivering high-quality patient care and advancing medical research.
