Come join our team and start moving your career forward!Role:Under the general guidance from the Online Billing Supervisor and CentralServices Manager, the Online Billing Specialist will process invoices produced by Billing Specialists. The Online Billing Specialist position is the key check point within the company to ensure all invoices are delivered to our customers for Accounts Receivable to receive payment.Benefits: * Excellent Health Insurance options including a FREE employee only option * Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Disability and Supplemental Life Insurance options * FREE life insurance equal to your annualized pay rate * 401k with a 50% match up to the first 6% of your contributions * 7 paid Holidays * 2 paid Personal days * 10 paid Vacation days Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Process daily invoices prepared by Billing team via email, customer platform or mail * Prepare and process consolidated invoices * Help maintain the Online Issue Log * Problem solve with the appropriate party to resolve online issues * Perform checks to find resolved issues and verify all invoices are accounted for * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred. * Prior Billing-related experience preferred. * Experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Demonstrated stable and successful work experience in billing/and or customer service * Extreme attention to detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent computer proficiency * Excellent ability to learn software * 50+ WPM typing * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong computer proficiency * Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel * Organized detailed and self-motivated * Ability to multi-task and problem solve * Works well in a team environment as well as independently * Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time * Must be able to work overtime, as needed Physical requirements: * Continuously able to work in office environment * Able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine,telephone,and computer printer. * Continuously able to work in office environment * Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer * Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to8 hours * Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day * Occasionally able to liftup to 15 lbs * Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking * Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching * Rarely requires climbing
