Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced On-Site Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of production, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The On-Site Producer will work closely with directors, writers, and the production crew to bring creative visions to life. Responsibilities Assist in all stages of production, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and execution. Collaborate with the production team, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized. Manage on-site logistics, including location scouting, set preparation, and equipment setup. Source and manage props, talent, and groceries required for productions. Ensure compliance with production guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process. Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation. Ensure that shoot materials are delivered in a timely manner to all clients Work with post-production teams to ensure seamless project completion. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a producer in the film, media, or content creation industry. Proven track record of managing successful productions. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sourcing props, talent, and groceries for productions. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in production management software and tools.
