Updated Resume in word format (Mandatory) Expected hourly rate (Mandatory) Job Title : RQ06249 - Database Administrator - Intermediate Client: Ministry of Education Work Location: 777 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Hybrid Estimated Start Date: Estimated End Date: #Business Days: 240.00 Extension: Probable after the initial mandate Hours per day or Week: 7.25 hours per day Security Level: No Clearance Required Must Haves Experience with one or more database technologies Experience designing data architecture for new databases Experience in monitoring and enforcing database rules Experience is creating and applying data standards Experience in developing documentation on data standardization and requirements Description Lead the development and delivery of functional and ministry-specific analytics to support evidence-based decision-making and produce actionable insights. Work closely with client groups to backss current data analytics and reporting capabilities, gather future-state requirements and identify further opportunities for improvement. Facilitate decision-making and manage client expectations. Own the execution of analytics initiatives including end-to-end reporting and data set delivery. Participate in documentation, development, testing Work with functional area experts, Data Architects and ETL Developers and stakeholders to understand complex business issues and develop appropriate Business Intelligence solutions. Design methods to capture, structure, transform and process data to be used to generate models. Build data models that provide information which is accurate, easy to understand and unbiased.
