We are looking to add a positive, outgoing team member to our plastic surgery/ med spa practice. This position's responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Welcoming clients and ensuring a high-end experience Answering phone calls and questions, making appointments, and taking messages Collecting payments Opening and closing the office Upholding privacy laws Experience is preferred, but not necessary for the right person. Candidates must have excellent customer service/ people skills, verbal and written communication skills, well-developed computer skills, and a highly professional appearance. Excellence in organization and attention to detail is essential.If you are empathetic, have a great attitude, and the following sounds like you, then we hope to hear from you!
