Office Assistant (Office Support and Inventory Control) Job Summary : We are currently seeking an efficient and versatile Office Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in providing essential office support while also assisting with inventory inspection and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. Responsibilities : Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence. Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Conduct regular inspections of inventory items to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels and resolve any inventory-related issues. Perform physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory records as needed. Generate reports on inventory levels, inspection findings, and other relevant metrics. Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate documentation. Support the team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing presentations. Qualifications : Associate's Degree (Minimum) Preferred Qualifications: Administrative experience is required Inventory management Strong attention to detail Accurate data entry and record-keeping MS Office Suite Experience using inventory management software Organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask Must have effective communication skills (written and verbal) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour / Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit) Solid State Devices, Inc. proudly offers Regular Full-time Employees a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life Insurance/AD&D, Voluntary Term Life Insurance/AD&D, Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay and 401(k) Retirement Plan (company match).
