Work Schedule : This is a part-time, 40% FTE, daytime position. Monday - Friday, hours negotiable, must work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Hours may vary based on department needs. We are seeking an Office Assistant to: * Provide clerical support to Surgical Pathology. * Assist with scanning, filing, mailing, and printing documents. * Prepare form letters and correspondence. * Performs basic data entry into applicable systems. * Order supplies, materials, services, and/or equipment. Education : Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent Work Experience : Preferred - One year of experience in an administrative support role.
