Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and safe Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff member Assist accounting department with administrative tasks Assist in AR (Accounts Receivable) Qualifications: Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills High work ethic, personal integrity, commitment to service Attention to detail Organizational skills and ability to prioritize Customer service and follow up Experience with Microsoft Suites Junior or Senior enrolled in a University Preferred degree path in Accounting Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus Powered by JazzHR
