Seeking a Locums OBGYNPhysician in Clinton, IA. The positionoperates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend callresponsibilities spanning from Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate will primarily focus onGynecology in the office setting, with additional responsibilities forObstetrics. They should be prepared to perform Gynecological surgeries asneeded during the week and must provide emergent C-section backup when on callsimultaneously. The role involves heavy coverage in Gynecologywith OB support, managing both routine and complicated deliveries, includinglow-risk and high-risk cases. Requirements: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN). Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications. Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification is highly preferred. Active Iowa state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation. Clean malpractice and background history strongly preferred. COVID-19 vaccination required. Must have experience with emergency C-sections.
