Job Details Full Time OB/GYN Physician Schedule: Mon to Thurs 8a-4:30p, Fri 8a-12p Join 5 other OB/GYNs Location: Central AL - Hospital Inpatient/Outpatient - Clinic built into the hospital Volume: 20-25 patients/day - mix of patients Average 45-50 deliveries month/split among all OB/GYNs OB and GYN work split 50/50 Each physician has a nurse or MA which works alongside Full ancillary staff Hospital details: Surgeries as needed and block time Surgical robotics available Level 2 nursery 2 infant ventilators no midwifes or Laborists Call: flexible, roughly 1/5, each doc takes own practice call, can be discussed during initial call EMR: Altera Paragon and Athena - integrated system Hospital employed Will consider New Grads Will consider H1 or J1 visas Compensation and Benefits Base salary with 3 year Guarantee Quarterly Bonuses (RVU bonus structure) Full Benefits: Health, disability, retirement, profit sharing, malpractice Sign-on and Relocation 20 days of PTO $5k Reimbursed per year for CME, DEA, and Certifications 5 days for CME Community Family friendly communities with outstanding public school system Several top-rated universities and colleges USA Today voted as one of the top historic cities in the country Top notch cultural region: Theatres, Orchestra, Museums Requirements BE/BC Ability to attain AL med license MD or DO
