The Chelan Valley Community Nurse program is seeking a new member of our Healthcare Team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate in-home care and support to Senior Citizens and other vulnerable persons residing within the Lake Chelan Valley. This contract position requires an RN degree, business license and personal liability coverage. Pay rate is between $35 and $45 per hour, DOE. Hours are flexible.Community Nurse Duties include client assessments and development of individual care plans. The nurse will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.In addition, the Community Nurse will: Refer clients to additional community resources as required, Educate clients and families on health management and disease prevention, and maintain accurate medical records and documentation. The Nurse candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of HIPPA regulations and will have experience in patient assessment and case management; a knowledge of medical procedure and protocols, proficiency in physiology and anatomy, familiarity with electronic health record systems and experience in a healthcare setting. Joining our team as a Community Nurse offers the opportunity for professional growth and a supportive work environment. We are a grass roots organization, offering FREE services to our Chelan community.
