Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure optimal patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care Provide administrative and clinical support to nursing leadership Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts and improve patient outcomes Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies Facilitate effective communication among nursing staff, patients, and familiesRequirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Master's degree in psychiatric nursing or BSN degree Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Minimum 18 months experience in psychiatric inpatient setting or 3 years experience in a psychiatric settingAbout Mass General BrighamMass General Brigham is a leading healthcare system committed to delivering high-quality patient care and advancing medical research and education.Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment
