Seeking a full-time Cardiology APRN/PA in Fort Myers, FL 33912 Escape to the pristine beaches in Southwest Florida! Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling medical career near captivating beaches? Millennium Physician Group is seeking a talented Advanced Provider to join our esteemed Cardiology Care medical team. Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm ( no weekends, no call schedule) Access to benefits and 401K Malpractice insurance coverage Responsibilities Examines patient, performs comprehensive physical examination, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. Administers or orders diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests, and interprets test results for deviations from normal. Performs therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and managing infection. Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care. Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance. Required skills and qualifications Degree from an accredited institution required Valid license to practice as an APRN/PA in Florida Proven experience in providing exceptional patient care and medical services Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose English verbal and fluent English written required Preferred skills and qualifications 2+ years' experience in cardiology care or equivalent combination of education and experience Urgent Care and Emergency Room experience may be considered CPR/BLS certifications preferred Millennium Physician Group is one of the largest comprehensive primary care practices with healthcare providers throughout Florida.
