What will you do as a Nurse - LPN? Supervise, develop, and schedule the care staff according to the company's policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain the medication program. Perform assessments and reassessments according to policies. Ensure resident records and charting is current and up to date. Acts as the contact for all issues related to resident care. Understand the community's care regulations along with state-specific regulations. Develops and maintains a positive image with the community. Interact with residents' families, physicians, and medical personnel as needed. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! Nursing - LPN 3-5 years of experience in Senior Living A high degree of accuracy in all assignments; ability to manage time effectively Strength in showing initiative and good judgment Good communication skills and the ability to motivate Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
