You will be responsible for creating and implementing structures and processes that support the standard onboarding, education, and ongoing competencies of oncology nurses. In this role, you would be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and activities. You will play a vital role in leading change in pursuit of improved nursing practice and professional development. The ideal candidate will have acute care experience in an academic medical hospital and experience in the field of oncology and nursing education.
