Seeking BE/BC Neurosurgeon to become a partner in our multi-specialty healthcare organization where taking care of our physicians is as important as taking care of our patients. Group is recognized by the AMA s Joy in Medicine program as one of 44 organizations committed to improving physician satisfaction and reducing burnout. Join two existing surgeons and four experienced APPs. Full-time position. Call equally shared among surgeons. First-year salary is guaranteed. Established busy practice with experienced APPs and support staff. Mix of Spine, Cranial & Moderate Trauma We provide physicians with a robust benefits package which may include: First-year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate s qualifications. Additional bonus prior to start. Up to $20,000 relocation expenses covered, including packing. Generous healthcare/vision/dental annual premium paid for provider and family. Life insurance and long-term disability insurance. Matching 401k upon start. Up to 11 weeks of time off (for full-time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status).
