Neurology physician job in California : Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center is seeking a Neurologist to join its team serving the beautiful Northern California community of Napa. You will be joining an outpatient practice where you will be joining one other Neurologist in a role that sees general Neurology cases. At Providence, we are mission focused and community centric, with a proud 150+ year heritage of caring for patients from all walks of life, including the disadvantaged, underserved and uninsured Full-time New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient care only No after-hours call Must be board-certified/board-eligible Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in Year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Residency/fellowship stipend and robust student loan repayment program available for qualifying candidates Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $260,686 and $382,015 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
