Network Engineer - Fortinet FocusAustin, TXWe're looking for a skilled network engineer with current experince withFortinet technologies to design, implement, and manage cutting-edge network security solutions. You will collaborate across teams to ensure our network remains robust and secure. What you'll do: Design, configure, and optimize Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate NGFWs, FortiSwitches, and FortiAPs. Troubleshoot network issues efficiently and deliver timely resolutions. Support the rollout of network infrastructure in new office builds. What you bring: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a network engineer, with a strong focus on Fortinet products. Proven expertise in configuring and managing FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitches, and FortiAPs. Experience with Fortinet's management tools including FortiClient EMS, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager. A solid understanding of Microsoft Azure networking (VNET, SUBNET, UDR, NSG, NVA, VWAN, VHUB, Express Route, VNet Peering). Experience with network monitoring and traffic analysis tools. In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, STP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, CAPWAP, 802.11, 802.1q, LACP, VLANs, IKEv2, IPSEC, etc.). Excellent troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail.. A preference for certifications like Fortinet NSE 4/5/6, CCNA, or CCNP.
