What does a Band Coordinator/Sound Specialist do? Are you passionate about music and dedicated to supporting individual growth? As the Music Coordinator/Sound Specialist, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our members by supporting their musical growth and contributing to their personalized needs. You'll maintain equipment, set up for gigs, manage finances, and coordinate travel plans. Your musical expertise will be crucial in leading the vocal and instrumental development of band members, directing audio systems during performances and practices, and ensuring the safety and inclusion of each member. Qualifications A High School Diploma or GED is required Associate in Music Audio Technology is preferred Two years of experience supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities is preferred A valid Driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience is required Ability to travel and have a flexible schedule to accommodate overnight and weekend performances.
