They build relationships with clients and industry professionals, staying updated on mortgage products and rates to provide accurate information and support throughout the loan process.We are looking for self-motivated people who work hard to attain their goals! Qualifications: --- To work as a Mortgage Loan Officer you must possess an MLO license. --- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interactions. --- You should be able to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced sales environment and be open to coaching. --- A strong desire to advance your sales career to the next level is a key requirement. --- Flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as the role demands adjusting to changes and maintaining a flexible schedule. --- A team player attitude is necessary for collaborating effectively with colleagues.
