We are looking for passionate and dedicated Montessori teachers to join our team and help shape the future of our students. Starting August 2024 Duties Job Description:We are seeking a certified Montessori Teacher for our 3-6 age group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Montessori principles, excellent classroom management skills, and a passion for early childhood education. You will be responsible for creating a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where each child can thrive and reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Montessori curriculum and activities tailored to the needs and interests of children aged 3-6. Create a prepared and orderly learning environment that fosters independence, creativity, and social development. Observe and document each child's progress, providing individualized support and guidance. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive community. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Participate in ongoing professional development and school events. Requirements Qualifications: Montessori certification from an accredited institution (AMI or AMS preferred). Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a Montessori setting. Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity and a passion for teaching young children.
