The Garrett Group (TGG) invites you to join our team as a Mission Manager in the National Capital Region. As a Mission Manager, you will assume the role of a specialized officer, guiding multi-organizational teams and closely coordinating with various mission partners within an all-source collection and analysis framework. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting complex, global operations aimed at developing actionable intelligence against high-priority threats to US National Security, many of which have transnational origins. Demonstrating a capacity to assimilate vast amounts of data, you will provide time-critical direction, often under pressure. Developing expertise in the client's functional missions, including regional areas of interest, you will acquire specialized abilities to identify, analyze, and facilitate the penetration and disruption of international organizations and threat networks. Additionally, you will gain knowledge of various collection platforms used to identify and address intelligence gaps in the pursuit of tactical, operational, and strategic objectives. Requirements for this position include: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the operational community, with a background in crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments such as federal or state law enforcement, USG or USMIL operations, combat arms, or tactical aviation. The ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness is crucial. Candidates must also be capable of conducting weekly rotating shift work and client-sponsored short-term domestic and international deployments. A security clearance is required, and a BA or BS degree is a basic qualification. Additional qualifications include: Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an active TS/SCI clearance with a FULL SCOPE polygraph.
